From 4 to 6 June 2025, PROLOCKEY participated in CIOSH Thailand 2025 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). At Booth F27, our team met safety professionals, distributors, procurement specialists and industrial visitors from Thailand and across Southeast Asia.
The exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to present practical lockout tagout (LOTO) products, discuss hazardous-energy control requirements and learn more about the challenges faced by safety and maintenance teams in different industrial environments.
Practical lockout tagout solutions at CIOSH Thailand 2025
At the PROLOCKEY booth, visitors could review a broad selection of industrial energy-isolation products, including safety padlocks, lockout stations, valve lockouts, circuit breaker lockouts, cable lockouts, lockout hasps and safety tags. The display was designed to help visitors compare product structures and understand how different devices can be combined within a complete LOTO programme.
We also introduced key-management options for safety padlocks and discussed how keyed-different, keyed-alike and master-key systems can support different levels of access control. For companies operating multiple departments, production lines or facilities, a clearly planned keying system can make lockout management easier to administer while helping authorized employees maintain individual control.
Conversations with safety and maintenance professionals
CIOSH Thailand gave our team the chance to speak directly with people responsible for workplace safety, equipment maintenance and industrial purchasing. Many conversations focused on selecting suitable lockout devices for electrical panels, valves, mechanical equipment and group lockout applications.
Visitors were able to examine the products at close range, compare different sizes and materials, and discuss requirements such as custom colours, laser marking, labels, packaging and key-management configurations. These face-to-face exchanges help us understand the practical details that matter when a lockout tagout procedure is implemented on site.
Supporting industrial energy control across Southeast Asia
Manufacturing, construction, energy, food processing, chemical operations and many other industries rely on effective hazardous-energy control. Although equipment and working environments vary, the goal remains the same: prevent unexpected start-up, energization or the release of stored energy while employees perform servicing or maintenance work.
